SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
2022 – 2023 ACADEMIC YEAR REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS TO BE GIVEN SCHOLARSHIP
In the 2022-2023 academic year, 500 TL will be given to secondary education students, and 1000 TL will be given to formal education students with 100% scholarship from state and foundation universities. Those who win a scholarship of 75% or less in Foundation Universities will receive a scholarship from our institution in proportion to the scholarship rate (if they won a scholarship of 75%, 1000x0.75=750 TL). In order to be awarded a scholarship, the following conditions must be met. Scholarships are given to students who meet the following conditions.
Those who will receive a scholarship from our institution in the 2022-2023 academic year should fill out the attached request form and take the photographs of the documents with wet signatures, the documents they received from the e-state, institutions and their own information on 0 531 651 99 73 (Hektar Mühendislik Accounting Service) Whatsapp until 31 AUGUST 2022 WEDNESDAY.
Scholarship Conditions:
1. Needing financial support, not receiving scholarships from 2 or more institutions.
2. Actively continuing in school as a secondary or university student in formal education.
3. Not to be in the status of private secondary education or private university special student (Open Education and Distance Education programs are out of scope).
4. Not to work in a job for which the monthly minimum wage or higher is paid while enrolled at school.
5. Having the required success criteria for the scholarship application. Success criteria will be as follows.
a. Undergraduate students: Among the candidates who have a GPA of at least 2.5 out of 4 or at least 65 out of 100, the candidate who is leading according to the success average ranking is taken into consideration. The Scholarship of the First Term Scores Declining and Being Absenteeism is terminated in the 2nd Term after the Control.
Required Documents: Transcription (Grade Chart) chart, Student Certificate obtained from E-STATE, Family Identity Registry Copy, Criminal Record and Address Statement, VAKIFBANK IBAN Owner and Number, Telephone and E-Mail Address Information.
New department winners will submit a document of their placement in the institution and a certificate of registration.
b. Secondary education students: Among the candidates who have a GPA of at least 3 out of 5, the candidate who is leading according to the success average ranking is taken into consideration.
Required Documents: Grade Chart up to the class he/she is studying or 2021-2022 Academic Year 2nd Term Certificate of Appreciation, Certificate of Achievement and Term Report, Student Certificate obtained from E STATE, Identity Family Identity Registry Copy, Criminal Record and Address Statement, VAKIFBANK IBAN Owner and Number, Telephone and E-Mail Address Information (Students who have graduated from secondary education and are in the university preparation process cannot benefit from the scholarship program)
